Big Mountain Hikes

For dogs with energy to burn, we conduct rigorous hikes that are guaranteed to be a minimum of an hour and a half. We head for the steep and technical trails. They are stimulating, challenging and lots of fun! Unbridled enthusiasm is welcome.

Three Amigos Walks

Beautiful, relaxed park and mountain strolls for smaller dogs, dogs with physical limitations, and our cherished, elder dogs. These 1-hour modified walks are designed to stimulate your dogs' senses, satisfy their desire to explore and meet their exercise needs — all the while caring for his or her special requirements.

Private Hikes

One on one walks from your doorstep, in your neighborhood. These hikes are suitable for dogs who either do not qualify for, or do not desire, a group hike.

Transportation

For your convenience, we come to you. We provide pick-up and drop-off services to and from your home in our specially-equipped doggie vehicles.

Dirty Dog

Some dogs tip toe around puddles and drink only from their bowl. Most don't. For those who do not, we will rigidly maintain whatever routine you use to clean your dog up after a romp in the forest. The dirtier your dog is, the more time we spend cleaning him or her up.

Since these hikes are very specialized, the schedule is dependant upon your needs and our availability. Please contact us for more information and to discuss your requirements

Eligibility And Qualifications

Big Mountain Requirements

To qualify your dog must be:

    • Manageable on a leash (or have a Sweet Paws-approved harness or similar tool to assist — ask us for details)
    • Socialized
    • Able to be walked off-leash or working towards it
    • Fit and healthy — these hikes are not for the faint of heart, lung or limb
    • Non-aggressive towards other dogs or humans
        • We can help your dog to overcome little issues, but no serious aggression issues please
    • Spayed or neutered

Three Amigos Requirements

To qualify your dog must be:

    • Manageable on a leash (or have a Sweet Paws-approved harness or similar tool to assist — ask us for details)
    • Socialized
    • Non-aggressive towards other dogs or humans
        • We can help your dog to overcome little issues, but no serious aggression issues please
